The construction industry is changing more rapidly than ever before, every technological innovation expedites the next one. To not only keep ourselves relevant but to also remain industry leaders we have to continuously upgrade our training curriculum. To accomplish our goal, we are reaching out and partnering with other industry innovators and leaders.
We just completed a six-month program in Virtual Design in Construction V.D.C. through the Center for Integrated Facility Engineering C.I.F.E. at Stanford University. The program is utilized world wide and we were the first group to complete the program as a construction trade (Roofers and Waterproofers). We titled the program ELiTE and recruited from within our ranks current and potential future industry leaders. One hundred people completed the program which is a 98% graduation rate. Students received continuing education credits from Stanford University.
