About Us

The Bay Area Roofing & Waterproofing Joint Apprenticeship Training Committees (J.A.T.C.) is composed of an equal representation from Labor and Management; these members serve without pay. Additional consultants from the California Division of Apprenticeship Standards (D.A.S.), and representatives from sponsoring school districts, also serve in an advisory capacity.
